The recent addition of the FITS clinic and their free Motion Screen analysis has already yielded positive results. Areas of weakness and risks have been identified and important action has been taken to keep the players safe. Other players have simply left with a better understanding of what they need to work on. OBC and our Development First staff is ecstatic to have Coach Mike Kennedy join us for this winters program
Here is a little sneak preview of the program. We are extending the program one week to make up for the exam week interuptions to many people who are interested.

The new FITS Clinic opened right in our building in December. They are offering an extremely valuable movement screen assessment to our athletes over the coming month for free. These tests identify and evaluate sources of weakness that made to long term risks of injury.
